Below is the top frequently asked questions guest face when adding the Red Robin Royalty information to their Online Order.

How to link Royalty account to Online Order?

The Red Robin Royalty account is not automatically linked to the Online Ordering account. You will only have to link your Royalty Account once. Your Royalty Account will be saved once you add it and can be edited later by going to your My Account Tab. Please follow the steps below to link your Red Robin Royalty account with our Online Ordering system.

1. If you do not have an Online Ordering Account, please select Register. Otherwise, on Red Robin’s Online Ordering page go to Log In to log into your Online Ordering Account. You must be logged in to the Online Ordering Account to place an order with your Red Robin Royalty.

2. To link your Royalty, go to Do you have a Red Robin Royalty Account? located under the Order Contents on the right side of the screen. Type in your phone number that is registered to your Royalty Account and click link.That’s it! Your Royalty account is now linked to your Online Ordering Account.
 
How to view Royalty Rewards available when I order online?

The Red Robin Royalty Rewards won’t display on our Online Ordering system, but you still can view them before placing your order online. Remember, your membership must be linked to your Online Ordering account to redeem any reward. Please follow the steps below to view which Rewards are available in your Red Robin Royalty account when placing an order with our Online Ordering system.


1. Located under the Order Contents on the right side of the screen. Click on View and manage your rewards at Red Robin Royalty. You will then be taken to our Red Robin Royalty site.

2. Access your Royalty membership: click royalty.redrobin.com  and log in to your membership. If you have multiple rewards available, they will display under Rewards Waiting For You.

3. Select Pick This for the reward you want to use on your next visit. This reward will now be ranked at the top. After you select the reward, please allow a couple of minutes for the information to be updated in our Online Ordering system. You have successfully viewed and ranked your desired reward.
 
How to redeem a Royalty Reward in our Online Ordering system?

Once you have viewed and managed your rewards, our Online Ordering system won’t show under the Order Contents the Reward that you have chosen. Please follow the steps below to Redeem your Red Robin Royalty Rewards in your account when placing an order with our Online Ordering system.


1. Select qualifying menu items for the selected reward.

2. Located under the Order Contents on the right side of the screen. Click on Apply Reward. Remember, your Royalty Reward won’t be deducted under the Order Contents until you are ready to checkout.

3. Click on Proceed to Checkout. The checkout screen will reflect your Royalty discount under the Description and the Reward applied.

4. Proceed to fill out your payment information, and click on Place Order to complete your Order.

Hooray! Your Royalty Reward has been successfully added to your online order
 
What If I forget to provide my Red Robin Royalty account when placing an Order Online?

If you forget to provide your telephone number associated with Red Robin Royalty™ account when you pay your meal, not all is lost: you can still receive credits for your qualifying purchases by scanning and submitting your receipt by completing the add credit form "
