Team Member Paystub & W-2 Information
Paystubs

To access a paystub from 2016 to Current, Team Member’s should log into Workday:
https://www.myworkday.com/redrobin/d/home.htmld
  • Click on the Pay worklet
  • On the Right side of the screen select Payslips
  • Paystubs will be listed by date, select View to view the paystub or select Print to print a paystub

To access a paystub prior to 2015, Team Member’s will need to log into Docagent:
https://redrobin.docagent.net
  • Click on the ePaystub folder
  • Paystubs will be listed by date, click on the PDF icon to view and print a copy of the paystub
Team Members terminated prior to January 14, 2011 will need to contact Red Robin’s Payroll Team at 303-846-6112 in order to obtain copies of past paystubs.


W2 Information

W-2’s are available in workday for download for all active and terminated TM’s who worked in 2016 to current.

  • Click on the Pay Worklet
  • In the View section, choose "My Tax Documents" 
  • W2 will be listed by date, select View to view the W2 or select Print to print a W2
  • Contact Payroll with any W2 questions (303-846-6112, choose option 3)
  • If active and terminated TM can't remeber their TMID or password to log into Workday, call 800-700-8002
 
To access a W2 for years prior to 2015 or prior, Team Member’s will need to log into Docagent:
https://redrobin.docagent.net
User ID- TM ID (Please refer to the Forgot User? link to obtain this information)
New user – Password will be the last 4 digits of the Team Member’s social security number.
Returning user – Password will be what the Team Member has chosen personally (Please refer to Forgot Password link to obtain this information)
  • Click on eW2 folder
  • W2’s will be listed by date, click on the PDF icon to view and print a copy of the W2

How to obtain a W2 reprint of prior year

For years 2009- 2015: Please use: https://redrobin.docagent.net
For Years prior to 2009: Contact the Internal Revenue Service (www.IRS.gov or 1-800-829-1040)

Basic W-2 information

The Affordable Care Act requires employers to report the cost of coverage under an employer-sponsored group health plan. This does NOT mean the coverage is taxable. The value of the employer’s contribution to health coverage continues to be excludable from the Team Member’s income. This reporting is for informational purposes only and will provide Team Member’s useful comparable consumer information on the cost of their health care coverage.

Reporting on the W2 Form

The values of the health care coverage will be reported in Box 12 of the Form W-2 with the code DD to identify the amount.

The amount reported will include both the portion paid by the employer and the portion paid by the Team Member.

Employers are not required to issue a form W-2 solely to report the value of the health care coverage for retirees, other employees or former employees to whom the employer would not otherwise provide Form W-2.

T4 Information

T4's are available in PayWorks for download for all active TM’s who worked in 2017.

If you are an Active or Terminated team member and need your password reset, you can click “Forgot Your Password?” from log in screen and PayWorks will send you an email with a new password (You can also contact the IT Department at 1-800-700-8002 option 1 for password reset assistance).
