Team Member Paystub & W2 Information
To access a paystub from 2016 to Current, Team Member’s should log into Workday:
To access a paystub prior to 2015, Team Member’s will need to log into Docagent:
Team Members terminated prior to January 14, 2011 will need to contact Red Robin’s Payroll Team at 303-846-6112 in order to obtain copies of past paystubs.
W-2’s are available in workday for download for all active and terminated TM’s who worked in 2016 to current.
To access a W2 for years prior to 2015 or prior, Team Member’s will need to log into Docagent:
User ID- TM ID (Please refer to the Forgot User? link to obtain this information)
New user – Password will be the last 4 digits of the Team Member’s social security number.
Returning user – Password will be what the Team Member has chosen personally (Please refer to Forgot Password link to obtain this information)
How to obtain a W2 reprint of prior year
For years 2009- 2015: Please use: https://redrobin.docagent.net
For Years prior to 2009: Contact the Internal Revenue Service (www.IRS.gov or 1-800-829-1040)
Basic W-2 information
The Affordable Care Act requires employers to report the cost of coverage under an employer-sponsored group health plan. This does NOT mean the coverage is taxable. The value of the employer’s contribution to health coverage continues to be excludable from the Team Member’s income. This reporting is for informational purposes only and will provide Team Member’s useful comparable consumer information on the cost of their health care coverage.
Reporting on the W2 Form
The values of the health care coverage will be reported in Box 12 of the Form W-2 with the code DD to identify the amount.
The amount reported will include both the portion paid by the employer and the portion paid by the Team Member.
Employers are not required to issue a form W-2 solely to report the value of the health care coverage for retirees, other employees or former employees to whom the employer would not otherwise provide Form W-2.
For Canada Team Members:
T4's are available in PayWorks for download for all active TM’s who worked in 2017.
If you are an Active or Terminated team member and need your password reset, you can click “Forgot Your Password?” from log in screen and PayWorks will send you an email with a new password (You can also contact the IT Department at 1-800-700-8002 option 1 for password reset assistance).
