My eClub Birthday Email has been “Viewed Too Many Times”. How can I fix this?

It’s been known to happen. Our emails wind up someplace other than your inbox, or you have to forward it somewhere to print, and your coupon gets locked out.  Our eClub kids’ club birthday coupons, and adult eClub birthday coupons have a limit on how many times they can be viewed.  If a coupon is viewed too many times, it gets locked down, and cannot be printed for redemption.
