Lost/Stolen Gift Card

Lost or Stolen Gift Card:

First of all, take a deep breath. We’ll get things squared away. Please treat a gift card as you would cash; the value of the lost or stolen card is non-refundable. Have the 14 or 16 digit gift card number and proof of purchase handy and call 1-888-733-5355 or email us at Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm MST. 

Gift Card Refund Policy:

Gift Cards can be returned for a Refund by check within 7 days of Purchase. Refund process takes 7 to 10 days Valid Proof of purchase is required Red Robin reserves the right to validate Gift Card balances prior to sending all refund checks. Send all refund requests to and include your name, address, email, phone and proof of purchase.
