Lost/Stolen Gift Card

Lost or Stolen Gift Card:

First of all, take a deep breath. We’ll get things squared away. Please treat a gift card as you would cash; the value of the lost or stolen card is non-refundable. Have the 14 or 16 digit gift card number and proof of purchase handy and call 1-888-733-5355 or email us at  giftcards@redrobin.com. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm MST. 


Gift Card Refund Policy:

Gift Cards can be returned for a Refund by check within 7 days of Purchase. Refund process takes 7 to 10 days Valid Proof of purchase is required Red Robin reserves the right to validate Gift Card balances prior to sending all refund checks. Send all refund requests to giftcards@redrobin.com and include your name, address, email, phone and proof of purchase.
