Lost or Stolen Gift Card:

Gift Card Refund Policy:

Red Robin gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Gift Cards can be returned for a refund by check within 7 days of purchase. Refund process takes 7 to 10 business days. Red Robin reserves the right to validate Gift Card balances prior to sending all refund checks. Full name, address, email, phone number and proof of purchase is required to process a refund.
